Cancellation policy.
To best serve all clients, please notify me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
While a non-refundable booking fee is not currently in place (as of April 1st, 2025), repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may necessitate its future implementation.
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations. Cancellations made after this timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a charge of 50-75% of the service cost, and a non-refundable booking fee will be required for future bookings.
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notification (no-show) will also result in a charge of 50-75% of the service cost, and a non-refundable booking fee will be required for all subsequent appointments.
Cancellation and booking fee payments can be made by phone, BACs, or in the salon.
